Minimum Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing.

Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (home healthcare experience preferred).

Successful completion of NAPNES or equivalent medication exam.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
