We are currently hiring Behavioral Health Tech  to support our and residential behavioral health programs. BHTs play a critical role in delivering direct client / team support, meeting facilitation, compliance adherance and helping clients build the skills necessary for recovery and stability.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct support to clients in group and individual settings

Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and interactions

Conduct safety checks and crisis de-escalation when needed

Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in EHR

Transport clients as needed to appointments or community services

Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in case reviews / team meetings

Qualifications : Required :

High School diploma or GED

3+ year of behavioral health or direct care experience

Valid Arizona Driver’s License with clean MVR

CPR / First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred :

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

BHT certification or eligibility under Arizona AHCCCS guidelines

Experience with SMI, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care
