Job Duties

• Create Tailored Treatment Protocols : Assess patients' requirements and formulate individualized therapy plans to assist them in reaching their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidenced-based methodologies to enhance patients' physical capabilities, cognitive functions, and daily life routines.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team : Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, as well as medical professionals to ensure an integrative and comprehensive approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide essential information on therapy practices to empower patients and their families to continue progress outside of the clinic.
• Track and Evaluate Progress : Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure that patients remain on their path to success.
