Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing Respiratory Sales Senior Specialists in identifying customer needs.
• Actively coaching and mentoring team members by delivering targeted feedback, facilitating skill development sessions, and guiding professional growth.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and influencers across major healthcare accounts.
• Fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture by communicating expectations transparently, modeling open and honest dialogue, and encouraging team members to voice ideas and concerns.
• Recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Utilizing strong account management and strategic planning skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment toward shared objectives and driving measurable results for both customers and the organization.
• Ensuring full compliance with the companys commercial policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.

Salary Range

$169,700.00 - $267,200.00
