About The Role

Were looking for an energetic and persuasive Marketing Assistant to support our brand activation and field marketing efforts. In this role, you wont just hand out flyersyoull drive awareness, generate leads, influence buying decisions and generate new sales through strategic, customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of sales-focused promotional campaigns, live events, and community activations
• Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm, speaking to product benefits and current offers
• Convert on-site conversations into real time sales
• Approach potential customers with purpose create interest, deliver the pitch, and spark action
• Support marketing managers with event logistics, product inventory, and schedule coordination
• Monitor on-site activity, gather customer insights, and report on lead volume, engagement, and outcomes
• Maintain a polished and professional display area that aligns with the brand image
• Occasionally assist with real-time content for social media during activations
