Zurich is accepting resumes for our 2026 Apprentice Program, apply today! The program launches at the beginning Summer 2026 as early as June 16th through July 20th.

About the Program : Our innovative General Insurance Apprentice Program allows participants to simultaneously gain their first-time higher education and the experience to launch a rewarding career in commercial insurance.

In our Overland Park office, apprentices will support our Direct Market Sales Team with :

• Process sales promotions for customer dealerships, dealership groups, and customer employees who sell our products.
• Match signup forms with relevant data and use Excel to calculate required payouts based on contest parameters.
• Communicate with internal business partners

Earn & Learn : The two-year program offered in Overland Park combines targeted virtual coursework at Harper Community College in Palatine, Illinois (a northwest suburb of Chicago) with relevant work rotations at Zurich North America's Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate is seeking a first-time associate degree and has minimal college credits completed.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed hourly rate for this position is $19.24, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
