Key Responsibilities
Manage Leave of Absence administration and serve as the main contact for related inquiries
Support various benefit programs, including 401k administration, benefits billing, and vendor management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with benefits carriers and vendors
Required Qualifications
3+ years of leave of absence management experience
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems, specifically ADP
Knowledge of human resources and benefits management
Familiarity with benefit programs including health, disability, workers comp, and retirement
Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
