Pay Range : 55-70k per year!!!

100k+ Earning Potential through bonuses and performance based pay!!!

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Uses good judgement to better working environment.
  • Schedules and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations
  • Conducts one on one meetings throughout the month with technicians for training, general communication and feedback, and safety / informational meetings
  • Communicates with dispatch to ensure that all technicians are being scheduled properly via skill level
  • Maintains communication with vendors and factory personnel
  • Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems knowledge.
  • Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
  • Oversees that all technicians are following company policies
  • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
  • Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Professional appearance and Positive personality
  • Strong leadership skills
