Requirements :
Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if required by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Complete and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Reliable transportation required.
Previous ABA experience is preferred.
Comfort working with families and providing in-home services.
As a successful Behavior Analyst with Key Autism Services, your responsibilities will include :
Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing progress reports.
Developing and monitoring individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lifelong success.
Supervising and training Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented.
Offering support and guidance to families and caregivers in managing challenging behaviors while teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
Conducting functional assessments and analyses as clinically warranted, reviewing program effectiveness, providing recommendations, and monitoring progress.
