Responsibilities :

• Supervise Shift : You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Team Leadership : Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Customer Service : Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable. Address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Safety : Maintain high food safety standards. Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks.
• Cash Handling : Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.
• Shift Reports : Prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
• Training : Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving : Handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness : Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Promotions and Specials : Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.
