Leadership experience encompassing 10+ years and a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an MBA, with significant experience in lean manufacturing environments. A record of leading cross-functional projects and teams successfully.

As the Director of Finance for Marvin Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team dedicated to partnering with the operations team to achieve significant strategic, operational, and financial outcomes. You will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Vice President of Operations, providing timely analysis and support to enhance decision-making and strategic planning.
