CareCo is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team in Southern Rhode Island. At CareCo, we believe excellent care starts with people who genuinely care, and we are committed to supporting both our patients and our staff.
Position Overview
As a CNA with CareCo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of those we serve. You'll work closely with nurses, families, and other caregivers to deliver hands-on care and provide meaningful support for patients in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to supervising staff.
- Support patients with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed.
- Provide companionship, comfort, and encouragement to enhance patients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
- Document care provided according to CareCo standards and policies.
