Key Responsibilities

Communicate with agency partners and policyholders regarding billing and coverage information

Process high-volume transactions and manage customer service inquiries efficiently

Review and ensure accuracy of renewal documents and handle documentation for streamlined workflows

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C Insurance or equivalent education and experience

4-40 Customer Service Representative License preferred

Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel

Professional business acumen required
