Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service across various channels including email, chat, and social media
Respond to user complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, practicing conflict resolution
Assist internal teams with ad hoc requests and fraud reviews related to user interactions

1+ years of experience in a direct Customer Support / Success role
Ability to work weeknights and weekends, covering 40 hours per week
