Equipment Operator

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a dependable and skilled Equipment Operator for a 5-month contract. This role plays a key part in day-to-day production and is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and take pride in precision and efficiency.

Contract Length: 5 Months
Location: Anaheim, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing or packaging machinery safely and effectively

• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality

• Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to specifications

• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Accurately complete production logs and shift reports

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating industrial or production machinery

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of operational guidelines

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
