[job_card.job_description]Associate's or Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years' experience with retirement products and services (highly desired) Knowledge of IRS contributions and distribution rules Excel experience Perform problem resolution and data analysis for retirement operations support, including contributions, distributions, processing conversions, recharacterizations, and state withholding reconciliation Reconcile activities to ensure transactions are recorded accurately Assist management in developing metrics to track retirement inquiry resolution Execute customer requests to move funds within or out of retirement accounts Understand tax implications of transactions across different retirement account types Resolve retirement account issues and document the resolution process Validate data integrity in account and reporting systems Experience with retirement account types, IRS rules, and / or tax reporting obligations Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines Adaptable to dynamic work environments and changing priorities Demonstrates ownership and urgency in resolving inquiries and issues Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, client-focused environments Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
