CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – This job is responsible for working as an active member of the branch sales / service team to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer products / services and the documents used for new accounts. A high school diploma or equivalent, specialized banking education / training, and a minimum of three years’ related banking and / or sales experience required.
