Recruitment Manager

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and enhance the hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage recruiting processes to attract and select qualified candidates

Maintain compliance with recruitment and hiring regulations

Analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical / managerial experience

Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience and / or related training

Proficiency with ATS platforms and other HR technologies

Strong understanding of recruitment-related compliance requirements

Proactive and comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced environment
