A company is looking for a Field Development Manager who will design and facilitate learning and development for commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and implement innovative delivery methods for sales teams
Lead talent development programs and manage the onboarding process for new hires
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and manage external vendors for field development programs
Required Qualifications
BS / BA in a relevant subject area with 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in pharmaceutical sales
Master's Degree in a relevant area with 4+ years of similar experience is acceptable
Experience in a Sales Training role is highly preferred
Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
Ability to assess learning needs and design innovative training solutions
