About our Agency

Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2006, and were excited to continue growing with the addition of new team members. We currently have a dedicated team of five full-time professionals, all working together to provide top-tier service to our customers.

We offer a flexible scheduling and PTO policy to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our agency culture is built on teamwork and support, and we love fostering a positive environment where everyone feels valued. We also offer a range of benefits, including dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as cancer insurance. And, yes, we have an office dog!

Outside of the office, Im committed to giving back to the community. I sponsor local youth baseball and soccer teams, organize food bank drives, and support nonprofits that serve children. Im also an active member of the local Kiwanis Club.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
