Bobtail is currently seeking a Compliance Lead to join our growing fintech team! As an early member of Bobtail's fintech program, you will design and implement compliance programs from the ground up, manage bank partner and regulatory relationships, and collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to build a fully compliant, customer-friendly experience.

You Should Apply If You Have :

  • 4 years of B2B sales / customer service experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in cloud computing - Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
  • Confidence, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with clients
  • Ability to discover and understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
  • A motivated, driven, self-starter...We love those with grit and accountability!

    • You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Interacting with clients to introduce yourself as the point of contact for all client needs prior to activation
  • Maintaining client relationship with consistent follow ups to strengthen client rapport through Salesforce tasking
  • Facilitating the best customer experience and ensuring all client needs are met
  • Following up to collect required documents from clients and facilitating account activations
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders account executive, onboarder & account manager to facilitate a successful client journey from sales to account managers
  • Documenting - logging all communication notes in Salesforce to document client journey
  • Communicating - We are committed to growth, so your ability to communicate users' experiences and understand when and where to escalate is essential
