Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through proactive outreach product knowledge and effective communication. The Inside Sales Representative will support our field sales team by qualifying and developing sales leads from multiple sources to create high quality sales prospects for the team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs presenting solutions and closing sales over the phone email or virtual meetings.

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote products or services.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads opportunities and accounts using lead sources and CRM tools.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotes proposals and product information.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with field sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge pricing and market trends.
