Overview

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training content for ASMs Global Training Center (GTC). Translate complex technical knowledge into structured, engaging learning experiences that upskill ASMs global engineering and non-engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and professional training courses using established instructional design methodologies.
• Partner with engineers and technical experts to translate process and equipment knowledge into learning materials.
• Create engaging visuals, animations, and simulations in alignment with ASM branding.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Continuously improve courses based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
• Contribute to ASMs knowledge-sharing and continuous learning culture.
