Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations at our facility in Owentown, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to implement efficient maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Implement and oversee a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance maintenance processes.
