Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients within our Comprehensive Stroke Program . A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases. Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and therapeutic patient care. Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to positive patient experiences across the care continuum. Thrive in an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care. Assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness, involving the patient and family. Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach. Evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action when necessary. Engage in quality initiatives to enhance department functions and patient care experience. Participate in professional development activities and uphold educational requirements. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for age-appropriate care delivery. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to provide holistic patient care with a family-focused approach. Confidence in handling unplanned clinical situations effectively. Proficient in computer skills, including electronic medical record systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated skills in coordination, delegation, and team building. Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach, and twist throughout the workday. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and carrying loads up to 40 lbs. May be exposed to hazardous materials and bodily fluids; protective gear is required. Must possess functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch for patient care procedures.

- Base compensation reflective of qualifications, skills, and experience.

Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
