Write clear, structured solutions covering workforce scheduling, production control, process optimization, and quality assurance. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with manufacturing standards. Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of factory workflows, leadership decision-making, and lean manufacturing practices. 4+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Lead, or Manufacturing Team Lead. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, safety compliance, and process improvement principles. Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation. Excellent English communication and ability to explain operational workflows and decisions clearly. Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). Fully remote work environment. Engagement type : Contractor assignment / freelancer, potentially full-time. Duration of projects : approximately 1 month, with the possibility for extension. Confidential or proprietary information from any employer, university, etc. Trade secrets or internal company or university data. Specific client information or case details. Any information that would violate NDAs, employment agreements or other confidentiality obligations.
Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in manufacturing operations, production workflow management, and team supervision, particularly at the level expected for frontline production or operations leads.

- These projects will help you explore how AI can be used to improve decision-making, process efficiency, and operational coordination across manufacturing environments.
