Key Responsibilities

Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and reach out to potential targets

Collaborate with stakeholders on execution of live M&A projects

Perform analyses to support expansion into new products and markets globally

Required Qualifications

Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups

Expert modelling skills with experience in building company operating models

Experience successfully closing M&A transactions or equity / debt capital raising

A proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across the organization

Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
