Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Order : 11376156 Position : Operating Room Registered Nurse (Main OR) Facility : Level I Trauma Hospital Schedule 5×8-hour shifts Primary shift : Days 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM Rotation to evenings and nights as needed Weekday overnight call rotation Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Every Other Holiday (EOH) Weekend coverage may include call and / or scheduled shifts Contract Details 13 working weeks required (shorter contracts not accepted) All call-outs must be made up and scheduled at time of call-out Make-up shifts do not qualify for overtime pay Perioperative call rotation required Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted up front Due to peak volume, holidays cannot be guaranteed Experience Requirements RN must be highly skilled across multiple OR specialties Experience in a busy, Level I Trauma Main OR required About First Connect Health At First Connect Health , we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency , headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
