A company is looking for a KYC Manager to join their Compliance and Risk team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the KYC Operations team, providing oversight and mentoring
Draft and maintain the KYC program and standard operating procedures
Implement and oversee the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Program
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of KYC program experience
Strong operational mindset for customer onboarding
Experience with industry-leading KYC vendors
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
CAMS or CFCS certification
