Payment Cycle Analyst

A company is looking for a Payment Cycle Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct systemic and targeted analysis to identify reimbursement errors and determine root causes

Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive test scripts and lead special projects to resolve payment discrepancies

Develop business requirements for payment decisions and validate test results prior to production changes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required

Minimum of five (5) years of health plan experience or equivalent experience with health plan operations

Experience with user testing is required

Preferred experience with payment methodologies and industry pricers (e.g., DRG, APC, SNF, RBRVS)

Understanding of regression, unit, and user acceptance testing is required
