Position Details :

Schedule : Monday through Friday full-time on-site

Hours : 40 hours per week day shift 7am-4pm

Pay : $20 per hour

Pay Frequency : Weekly

What Youll Do :

In this role you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Delivering professional communication and excellent customer service
• Reviewing work orders and preparing repair estimates
• Handling accounts receivable and organizing customer billing
• Obtaining purchase orders for billing
• Performing general office administration tasks
• Assisting the Shop Manager as needed
