Make sure every drink poured and dish plated meets Sonesta's signature standards.

Handle guest feedback like a pro with warmth, solutions, and a smile.

Keep operations tight : inventory, scheduling, cost controls, and all those behind-the-scenes details that make the magic happen.

What You Bring

2+ years rocking it as a server or bartender, you know the hustle and love it.

Experience leading a team (officially or unofficially, you've been the one people follow).

A sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

Great communication, organization, and that natural ability to make people feel welcome.

A calm head when things get busy and a passion for creating moments that matter.
