At BrightStar Care, we believe great care starts with great people. We're seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist who’s passionate about helping patients regain independence and mobility in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.

Help patients enhance strength, flexibility, range of motion, and comfort.

Provide hands-on therapy and teach caregivers or family members how to support ongoing care.

Track progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate with physicians and the Director of Nursing.

Ensure safety and mobility within the home environment.

Participate in case conferences and discharge planning as needed.

Required Skills What We’re Looking For

Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida.

Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) .

2+ years of relevant PT experience (home health experience preferred but not required).

Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
