Job description

Job Title :  Inventory Clerk

Location :  Carlsbad, CA (On-site)

Job Type :  Full-Time

Pay Range :  $20.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule :  Monday to Friday, Day Shift

About the Role :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Inventory Clerk  to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. The Inventory Clerk will perform essential inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels, process shipments, and support warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform scheduled and accurate inventory cycle counts
  • Reorder inventory as needed to maintain stock levels
  • Maintain organized storage areas following 5S practices
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Package parts for customer delivery
  • Complete receiving tasks across multiple locations
  • Support ad-hoc inventory assignments as needed
  • Manage inventory across various locations

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or vocational degree required; some college preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) preferred
  • Experience in large-scale manufacturing is a plus
  • Familiarity with 5S organizational practices
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
