Product Owner with P&C Expertise

A company is looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst with strong IT delivery experience and expertise in Property & Casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the product backlog for business-driven and IT initiatives

Lead requirements elicitation sessions and document end-to-end P&C insurance business processes

Act as a liaison between business, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and resolve issues

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in an Agile environment

Proven experience as a Product Owner and / or Business Analyst with a focus on IT initiatives

Strong Property & Casualty insurance business process expertise

Experience with actuarial, insurance pricing, or rating tools projects

Familiarity with insurance policies, forms, and ISO-based documentation
