Join our team as an Adult Respiratory Therapist, where you will play a vital role in patient care! You will perform essential duties to treat patients according to physician orders and departmental policies, working independently in acute and critical care settings.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll consult with physicians and colleagues to recommend treatments and provide exceptional care to patients of all ages, including infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

We offer competitive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience ($5,000 for less than one year) and licensed in South Carolina. Accountabilities
Supervisory / Management Responsibility
This is a non-management position reporting to a supervisor or manager.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program approved by the American Medical Association or eligible for licensure in South Carolina, or a senior student graduating within three months.
Required Certifications / Registrations / Licenses
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in South Carolina; BLS certification required. Maintain NBRC credentials. If hired before June 2016, you may be a Certified Respiratory Therapist. Those hired thereafter must pass the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam and Clinical Simulation Exam within the first six months of employment.
NRP and PALS certification required before independently working in the NICU or PICU.
Other Required Skills and Experience
Effective teamwork, strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential.
