As a software developer, you have begun to develop a broad set of skills and accumulated expertise in software development. You are able to work independently on software projects with little oversight, understand the business need for any solution you're working on, and can research technologies independently. You are additionally responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software systems. Gathering and interpreting relevant customer data and information, using effective listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to accurately represent requirements. Writing, testing, and debugging code that adheres to software development standards. Collaborating with senior developers to comprehend project requirements and create software solutions. Engaging in code reviews and offering feedback to other team members. Understanding how your work affects those throughout the business process, including project managers, daily application users, and reporting analysts. Continuously learning and utilizing new technologies and programming languages as necessary. Creating and contributing to software documentation. Participating in the complete software development process, including testing, deployment, and maintenance. Debugging and resolving software problems. Staying knowledgeable about emerging trends and best practices in software development. Adhering to established change management processes. Being responsible with access to confidential financial and company data and understanding and complying with data use, information security, and any other relevant company policies.

Skills &Experience :
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate (D365 and Power Platform).
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, SQL, and / or C#.
- Experience with CRM, Financial, Project Scheduling or other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile scrum software development methodology.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to fully understand how your code integrates with and affects the project at large.
- Familiarity with database systems such as Dataverse and SQL.
- Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Passion for software development and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
