A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Deal Structuring.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales organization by managing deal structuring and approvals
Act as an escalation point for complex deal exceptions and global deal desk matters
Engage with sales leaders to drive strategic conversations and ensure deal momentum
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Operations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong background in Salesforce.com, Excel / Google Sheets, and CPQ
Working knowledge of contracts and accounting
Adept critical thinking skills to address complex stakeholder issues
