  • Our Entry Level Account Managers will benefit from shadowing opportunities with upper management and direct engagement with the CEO, providing valuable insights into different territories and client needs.   Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Role : Engage directly with prospective and existing residential customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and secure new business Meet with customers in person and establish genuine relationships with customers based on transparency, trust, and genuine care for delivering top-tier services Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve sales conversion rates and increase customer account retention Participate in hands-on sales training and mentorship programs designed to develop the skills needed to drive revenue and close deals Track sales metrics and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine outreach strategies Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in one-on-one meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager Role :   No prior experience is needed – we provide comprehensive training!
