A company is looking for a Client Service Center Associate, Retirement and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from retirement plan and health benefit participants
Provide accurate information on retirement plan provisions, IRS regulations, and health savings accounts
Maintain knowledge of company products and foster customer relationships to encourage financial fitness
Required Qualifications
1+ years of business experience in employee benefits, customer service, or accounting / bookkeeping preferred
1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Proven adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-centered environment
Excellent organizational skills required
