[job_card.job_description]Competitive pay : $17–$19 / hr starting pay, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off (PTO) $10,000 life insurance policy Monday–Friday schedule for work-life balance Advancement opportunities into Crew Leader & Supervisor roles Install and maintain landscapes, flower beds, sod, and hardscape features Plant, mulch, edge and perform seasonal cleanups Assist with irrigation installs and adjustments Operate hand tools, small machinery, and landscaping equipment safely Work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality Provide excellent service while representing our company with professionalism 2+ years of landscaping installation / maintenance experience Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
