Position Overview:Job Title: Employment Transition Coach
Location: Chili, NY
Department: Community Pre-Vocational Services
Reports To: Coordinator of Vocational Services
Employment Type: Full-Time - 40 Hours, 8am - 4:30pm with some evening flexibility for meetings & events
Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Education & Experience:
Associate degree + 1 year relevant experience; OR
High school diploma/equivalent + 3 years of pre-vocational or human services experience.
Skills & Qualities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; adaptability and critical thinking.
Requirements: Must meet agency driver and background check requirements; ability to complete all agency trainings.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs while supporting individuals in varied work environments.
