    With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the worlds premier enrichment and physical development center for kids ages 4 months through 12 years.     The Role

    Are you high-energy, obsessed with excellence, and passionate about making a difference? As the Program Director , you are the heartbeat of our gym. You will balance hands-on teaching with high-level leadership, ensuring our curriculum is delivered with "wow" factor while mentoring a team of instructors to reach their full potential.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Program & Curriculum Leadership : Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
  • Team Management & Development : Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate your fellow team members. Lead by example to foster a professional and positive environment.
  • Teaching & Instruction : Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum. Youll be actively moving and playingacting like a kid right alongside our members!
  • Customer Service : Provide an outstanding family-like experience. Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
  • Operational Support : Assist the Gym with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
  • Marketing & Sales : Promote programs to new and existing families and assist with marketing.
