Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Employment Type : Full Time

What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be an essential contributor to the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities include :

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient information
• Working with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement tailored care plans
• Providing wound care and performing necessary nursing interventions
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
