Salary: $80,000 - $115,000+, plus exciting bonus opportunities!

Requirements:

• Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
• Master's Degree in ABA or related fields (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
• Experience engaging families and providing in-home services
• Reliable personal transportation
• Prior ABA experience is required

Job Responsibilities:

As a BCBA, your role will include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians. Your primary focus will be delivering effective ABA therapy, supporting families, and providing informed, data-driven recommendations.
