Program Manager - Data Center

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a / an Program Manager - Data center located in Fontana,CA.

Reporting to the Program Manager the Program manager – Data center will be responsible for championing a project from initiation through completion. This role ensures the project aligns with strategic business objectives, secures necessary resources, and provides high-level guidance and support to the project team. The program manager acts as the primary advocate for the project, facilitating decision-making and resolving escalated issues to ensure successful delivery.

What a typical day looks like :

• Strategic Alignment : Ensure the project supports organizational goals and delivers expected business value.
• Governance & Oversight : Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the key liaison between the project team and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resource Authorization : Secure funding, personnel, and other resources necessary for project success.
• Risk Management : Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues.
• Decision Making : Make timely decisions on escalated matters and remove barriers to progress.
• Performance Monitoring : Review project status reports, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Change Management : Support organizational change initiatives related to the project and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
