Working Model : Remote or Hybrid in Greece

You will be reporting to : Operations Manager.

What you will be doing :

• Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Meet personal / customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
