Workday Financials Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Financials Engineer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development, deployment, and operational support for Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, requirements gathering, build, testing, and post-deployment support

Maintain governance and documentation standards, contributing to the Workday configuration library and best practices

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financial modules and configuration

Proficiency in Workday Security, User / Role management, and Business Processes

Advanced reporting skills in Workday, including experience with Prism Analytics and Accounting Center

Deep understanding of core finance processes such as Procure-to-pay and GL Accounting

Familiarity with Workday release cycles and change control processes
