Compliance Director

Beztak is looking to hire a Compliance Director to join our team. The Compliance Manager will provide compliance processing and oversight to our affordable Project Based Section 8 (PBS 8) communities and LIHTC programs throughout the company. The Compliance Manger works closely with the property management team to assure properties comply with all Federal, State, and County rules and regulations. Must hold a current COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) certification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Assist in overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing (LIHTC, HUD) programs. Complete all housing contracts for individuals applying with vouchers before move in. Annual Reporting - ensures accurate and timely preparation of all annual owner certifications relating to compliance with occupancy and other program requirements in strict accord with IRS, HUD, and housing finance agency requirements.
