A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for sales support functions including onboarding, certifications, and commissions
Track compliance elements and communicate the status of agent certification and re-certification
Resolve inquiries and compensation issues while maintaining producer files in accordance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
